We understand that most community groups such as Community Interest Companies and Co-operatives have mountains of paperwork to get through writing funding applications and jumping through hoops to prove their projects worthy, which can be a very long, slow disheartening process.
We bring back the excitement to the project, working with your community taking you through our 7 stage process of engagement that creates fun tangible milestones in the form of workshops, exhibitions and creating events like a Jam Making Session or a Pop Up Gallery.
This is very serious fun. Each landmark is carefully organised to build momentum on the last encouraging more people from the community to get involved whilst building a body of material to support your plans.
The result at the end of our process of engagement provides a solid project brief and clear vision statement that places your community at the heart of the project.
As our training is in architecture we can take the project forwards through the design and building stages or if you wish to employ another architect we can provide you with a monitoring and evaluating service that ensures that you get what is stated in your brief.
